Our brand-new Bottomless Brunch is almost here, and we’ve been busy adding a few extra treats to make it even more special!

We all know we’re good at a Parmo… but last night we decided to show off a little 🤏😏

At The Songbird, we had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive private dinner for 16 VIPs, featuring a bespoke three-course tasting menu created by our talented chefs from The Olive Branch.

The chefs put their heads together, got creative, and delivered an evening of incredible food that proved there’s a lot more coming out of our kitchen than Teesside’s favourite delicacy 🧀

With exceptional flavours and beautiful presentation throughout, it was a great chance for our chefs to showcase their skills and passion for what they do.
