Fortnightly jazz club at Chalkwell Park Rooms, Southend-on-Sea. Tickets: £16-£20
Pre-show dinner - 2 courses for £12 Music starts at 20:00, finishes 22:30.

Annie's Jazz has been running successfully since 2008. It's a weekly jazz club with a loyal following of fans who come from miles around to enjoy the superb musicianship of some of the best and most well-known jazz artistes in the country. Minimum age: Children are permitted (but not toddlers), on condition they sit quietly during the performance.

What a fantastic week we had for the 2026 SSouthend Jazz Festival with TWO shows at Annie’s, including our first ever “Sunday Special” with Pixie & The Gypsies (now Pixie Anam)

A joyful, relaxed Sunday afternoon with good food and one of the club’s most popular bands!

Thank you to everyone who packed out Chalkwell Park rooms for both performances! Perhaps we should consider more Sunday Specials? 👀

We might still be in the middle of Southend Jazz Festival, but we are also flying towards the end of 2026 and only have 4 events with tickets still available.

BUT…. 2 of these are very nearly sold out.

WHAT. A. NIGHT.

It’s always so lovely to welcome Heather Simmons and Debbie Bines into the club, especially when they bring an immense band of local(ish) legends in with them!

Divas of Swing (How Did The Sing) was completely sold out and what an absolute treat we all had. Great music and an interesting trip through some jazz history.

Everybody left absolutely buzzing and we cannot wait to continue our 2026 Southend Jazz Festival journey this Sunday with our Sunday Special!

THERE AIN’T NO PARTY LIKE A RED STRIPE PARTY! 🎉 🎉 🎉

What a brilliant night we had on Tuesday with Red Stripe Band - sheer Toe-tapping, hand-clapping, dancing in your seat (and sometime out of it) joy!

Thank you to the wonderful band and for everyone who came out to support them.
