Located by the Hamble river, overlooking the Hamble Marina , the Jolly Sailor is one of the best places in Southampton to have a Sunday roast, lunch, a coffee or dine outdoors in our outside decking and sitting areas or in our very own pontoon. Dog-friendly and located within easy reach of Hamble le rice, Hampshire, Hedge end and Old Netley, the Jolly Sailor is a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal by the river for all the family

Last week, our mischievous Fursty Ferret found itself on national news when The King and Queen visited the Badger Brewery in Blandford ahead of our 250th birthday next year. While Queen Camilla watched on, King Charles stepped behind the bar, pulled himself a pint and, with England freshly out of the World Cup, remarked that it was "a good day to drown a few sorrows".

We won't comment on the football.
But we will give one lucky winner a year's supply of Fursty Ferret.
