It is with huge sadness that one of our beautiful customers has passed away. Carol and Joe were a wonderful support system for us when we first opened, and they never stopped supporting us. Carol sadly passed away a few years ago, and now Joe has joined her in the kingdom of heaven. I know Carol would have been there waiting for him, as always.

Joe was a true gentleman — always smiling, warm, and kind. Despite being such a slender man, he had a huge appetite, always washed down with a Birra Moretti. He will be missed dearly, but remembered often and fondly by all of us.

Today marks 8 years since we officially opened our pub — what an incredible journey it’s been. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us along the way.

Looks like the weather’s not on our side again, so why not treat yourself to something delicious before heading back to work tomorrow?

Please note: the kitchen will be closing early at 5pm today only. Back to normal hours tomorrow — but for now, let’s keep the celebrations going!

Start your weekend the right way with our Carvery served from 11:30am – 2:00pm.

Running alongside, our main menu is available until 6:00pm, so there’s something for everyone.

And if the sunshine sticks around ☀️, our beer garden will be the perfect spot to sit back and relax.
