Here at Toby Carvery Knowle, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved British roast – and that's properly.
(2)

Since 1985, Toby Carvery Knowle has championed the classic British roast, refining the experience over four decades for guests in Solihull. Chefs start before dawn, preparing vegetables with care while joints of meat slow-roast for deep flavor and tenderness. From relaxed weekday plates to generous Sunday helpings, this welcoming spot brings families and friends together around comforting, well-carved roasts served just right.
