Louis is the man behind the scenes keeping the kitchen running smoothly and every dish leaving to perfection 🍽️
With years of experience and a real passion for food and flavour, he’s a huge part in what makes Ember special 👌🏻

His favourite dish on the menu? Without a doubt, the Sirloin Surf and Turf - cooked rare,of course - with a side of Mac and Cheese 🧀🤤

And his drink of choice? An ice-cold pint of Asahi 🍺 (although, he does miss Worthingtons)
