This week's dish of the week was chosen by our Supervisor Craig.

- Crispy Fried Chicken Burger.

Succulent Southern-fried chicken breast fillet topped with crispy smoked streaky bacon, cheese, hash brown and BBQ sauce. Served with a side of southern-fried chicken gravy, skin-on fries and coleslaw.

Craig also likes to pair it with a side of our crispy B**r Battered Onion Rings. Which in our opinion is the perfect combo. ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜
