YORKSHIREMAN: THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
Well Sheffield... this is a post we never thought we’d be writing. The time has come to call last orders at The Yorkshireman. The Yorkshireman has always been a huge part of Sheffield's rock scene whether it be the djs or the bands or just the atmosphere overall and has never been quiet.
All the stories, all the memories, all the bands, all the parties, to all the regulars from Sheffield and surrounding areas who been coming in for years and to all the people who travelled from Birmingham, Leeds, London, Cornwall, Scotland and everywhere in between to watch a band thank you all.
To all the people who been with us since midday or during the weeks for our metal nights or comedy clubs or battle of the bands and to all the people who with us Fridays or Saturdays or with us well after midnight thank you all.
Through all the different eras, decades and locations of The Yorkshireman, one thing has always stayed the same: The people of Sheffield's amazing rock community
Our incredible teams past and present, our DJs, artists, performers, promoters, our regulars, and every single person who's ever walked through those doors and made The Yorkshireman what it is, we're not disappearing quietly. We're doing what we've always done best and we throwing one final big rock party.
