TingTong Thai Bistro Night returns Sept 29th!

Nok's story is a simple one. She grew up in a small village in the rural Northeast of Thailand, the youngest of six siblings. Her Mum was busy working in the fields through the day so Nok took on the job of cooking for the family, from 8 years old, after getting home from school.

She enjoyed it and soon realised how she could adapt recipes and change tastes by playing with the ingredients and methods etc, and quickly learnt what her family loved. The rest, as they say, is history, but basically developed a lifelong love for cooking and experimenting with different foods and has cooked for her family and friends ever since.
