Finally we are going to open the bar on a Sunday afternoon from 1pm to coincide with the start of the Social Membership Scheme which promises to be an awesome opportunity to increase not only the takings of the bar but also to increase lodge numbers. If anyone would like a membership form they will be behind the bar from tomorrow evening, let’s make it a success from the 6th September.

Hi Brethren, thanks for being patient, it looks like September 1st has been ear marked for the start of the Social Membership Scheme. We will start by opening initially on Masonic nights where we will be open earlier than normal and run through the evening, also Sunday afternoons will be started again, please keep the faith brothers we’re getting there ( slowly)

Due to lack of numbers and it’s costing more to open than we are making I am closing the Masonic Bar as from Sunday 1st March until further notice, hopefully the proposed Social Membership Scheme will be implemented sooner rather than later then we’ll reassess the situation.
