Our KŌZĒ Conversations series returns this November with an evening dedicated to women’s hormone health, skincare and wellbeing.

We’re delighted to welcome two fantastic guests for an open, honest and informative conversation about understanding our bodies and the changes we experience throughout different stages of life.

Laura Lane - Balanced with Laura Laura I Reflexology + Hormone Health

Laura is a Clinical Reflexologist with specialist training in women’s health and hormone health, having studied with Dr Jessica Drummond of the Integrative Women’s Health Institute and Nicole Jardim of the Institute for Menstrual Health.

Laura will share her knowledge of women’s health, exploring everything from menstrual health and endometriosis to perimenopause and menopause, helping us better understand our hormones, recognise symptoms and support our overall wellbeing.

Kate Pymm - Bridal Make-up Artist Kate Baer (Kate Pymm Make-Up)

Kate is an experienced bridal make-up artist who has also worked with Trinny Woodall.

She’ll explore how hormonal changes can affect our skin at different stages of life, sharing practical skincare and make-up advice to help us care for our changing skin and feel confident at every age.

This isn’t a lecture, it’s a conversation. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and join in at any point, making the evening interactive.

Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, living with endometriosis, looking for skincare advice or simply wanting to understand your body better, we’d love you to join us.

Because women’s health deserves to be talked about.

See you from 11am 🌊

Our new menu has over 50 w**es - available by the glass (including champagne)!🍾

Sometimes you just want to try a few different w**es on the menu, rather than committing to a bottle, and that’s exactly why we offer almost all of our w**es available by the glass!

Alcohol not your thing? Our coffee machine stays on all day/night, and we also have a mocktail menu, 0% w**es, 0% l***r, 0% Belgian fruit b**r, Sparking Tea.

Come and get KŌZĒ this weekend ✨

A little love for our local independents 🌊✨

We’re so lucky to be part of such a lovely town, but Saltburn is a very seasonal place, and the quieter autumn and winter months can be tough for small businesses like ours.

Every visit, coffee, glass of w**e or recommendation really does mean the world to us.

We’re grateful for everyone who chooses to support small and helps keep our lovely little town thriving all year round.

Thank you for keeping us going, especially through the quieter months 🙏

Petit Langres is back on the board 🧀 🍾

The most distinctive feature of Langres is the natural hollow on top, known as the fontaine, meaning fountain.

Unlike most cheeses, Langres is traditionally not turned during maturation, causing the top to sink naturally.

That little hollow is perfect for holding Ch*****ne!

Pouring Ch*****ne into the fontaine is a French tradition that helps soften the cheese and adds subtle w**e flavours. The acidity also cuts through the richness, while the Ch*****ne’s ye**ty, brioche-like characteristics complement the cheese beautifully.

So you better believe that we’re serving Langres with champers 🍾

Available from tomorrow 🇫🇷

A little reminder about table bookings at KŌZĒ!

We introduced a limited number of table bookings last year, and it’s worked really well! It means those who like to plan ahead can guarantee a spot, whilst we still keep plenty of space available for those who prefer to pop in spontaneously.

Just a few friendly reminders:

• We can only hold reserved tables for a maximum of 30 minutes after your booking time. After this, your table may be released to other guests.

• If you’re running late, need to amend your booking or can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible via email or DM.

• Like many independent businesses, we don’t have a landline or contact telephone number, so all booking enquiries are handled via email or social media.

As a small, independent venue with limited seating, every table matters, and we really appreciate your help in making sure everyone gets the chance to enjoy KŌZĒ.

Fancy booking a table? Simply pop in, drop us a DM or email [email protected].
