Yesterday, the first team travelled to Bishop Auckland and after being put into bat, made 197 from their 50 overs (with contributions from Joe Emmerson, Sam Parry and Sachi Serasinghe).
They then prevented Bishop Auckland from creating any large partnerships and bowled them out for just 87, with 5 wickets from Liam Crooks and 2 each for Jack Almond and Mubasir Khan.

The second team hosted Darlington in a rain affected match. After being put into bat, Saltburn made 256 from their 50 overs, thanks to a wonderful century from Chris Jackson and half centuries for Ryan Dobson and Josh Bowes, despite a rain interrupted innings.
With Darlington needing 240 from 42 overs, they made a promising start, being 76-1, however brilliant bowling from Harry Howell saw him take his career best figures of 8-48.

Today, the first team travelled to Marton, and after electing to bat, made 219 from their 50 overs, with 76 from Sachi Serasinghe and 66 from Sam Spenceley.
Despite an early wicket from Jacob Midgley and 3 wickets from Ollie Stewart, Marton knocked this off 5 down in the 48th over.

The second team hosted Wolviston and, after electing to bat, made 227 from their 50 overs, with contributions from Bri Devine, Sam Morrison and Chris Jackson.
A rapid start from Wolviston saw them 113-0 after just 8 overs, but a brilliant comeback from the Saltburn bowlers meant Wolviston were all out for 188 in the 28th over (with George Allamby picking up 5 wickets and Harry Howell 4 - making his wickets total for the weekend 12!).
