An iconic Belgian Trappist ale brewed exclusively at the Abbaye Notre-Dame d'Orval in Belgium
Unlike other Trappist breweries, the monastery makes only one beer for sale outside of the Abbey but you can try a Vert on tap in the Abbey shop & it's lovely!
It is world-renowned for its distinctively dry, hoppy, and slightly funky flavour profile achieved through wild Brettanomyces yeast and bottle
