In an environment where one misunderstanding can lead to an exaggerated review and affect many people's livelihoods, I think it's fair to set things straight.
While we appreciate the positive feedback, we would like to clarify the negative ones.
We can't respond to Google reviews, so I'll leave it here.
1. Waited almost an hour for the food.
You were seated at 13:20.
Drink orders were taken at 13:24.
We received your food order at 13:47.
The food was delivered at 13:56.
You were at the help-yourself station at 13:57.
2. Being told rudely to use the service utensils instead of your fingers.
MISUNDERSTANDING!
You heard that someone was being told off. It wasn't aimed at you; it was someone we know, so there was a sense of familiarity in that moment.
3. Bill
Yes, it was questioned, since three full adult meals were ordered and sent out, happily taken and consumed, and there was even a takeaway container for the leftovers. In the end, we honoured the small plate and charged you accordingly.
