☕ We’re bringing the Macmillan Coffee Morning back to Rushden Athletic Club, and we’d love you to join us!

There are few better ways to spend time together than over a good cup of coffee and a tempting slice of cake, especially when every treat enjoyed and every donation made helps support people living with cancer.

Come along with friends or family, catch up over a cuppa and see what delicious bakes are waiting on the table. Whether your weakness is a classic sponge, a chocolatey treat or simply a proper brew in good company, your visit will help turn a small moment of enjoyment into something genuinely meaningful.

Macmillan provides practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer, from diagnosis and throughout treatment and beyond. By joining us, you can help raise vital funds that allow this important work to continue.

Friday night plans sorted - Join us in the Members Bar tonight as the brilliant Kelly returns for an evening of fantastic music.

Kelly knows how to get a room singing along, so expect powerful vocals, familiar favourites and plenty of songs you’ll recognise from the very first note. Whether you want to enjoy the performance with a drink, catch up with friends or get up and have a dance, it’s shaping up to be a great night at the club.

• Once availability has been confirmed, you’ll need to complete a booking form and pay the required deposit to secure the booking.

The Thursday Night Quiz is the perfect excuse to gather your cleverest friends, escape the sofa and enjoy a fun, affordable night out.

Expect plenty of questions to get the whole table talking, those brilliant moments when an answer suddenly comes to you and the occasional debate that continues long after the correct answer has been revealed!

Whether you’re a fountain of general knowledge, brilliant with music and entertainment or simply have an impressive collection of completely random facts, every team needs someone like you. And if you don’t know an answer? A confident guess and a good team name can take you surprisingly far!

There’s no need to be a quiz expert - it’s all about enjoying a drink, sharing a few laughs and joining in with some friendly competition.

What began as a simple book swap to help fund a life-saving defibrillator has become a much-loved feature at Rushden Athletic Club, and now there are DVDs to discover too!

Our community helped us provide the defibrillator, but keeping it ready for an emergency requires ongoing maintenance. Every donation made through our book and DVD swap now goes towards those essential costs, helping to ensure this vital equipment remains available to protect people in our local area.

Next time you visit the club, take a look through the shelves. You might discover a gripping novel, an old favourite or the perfect film for your next night in. Simply choose something you’d like and leave a donation - every contribution, however small, helps support something that could one day save a life!

You can also help us keep the swap going by donating good-quality books and DVDs for others to enjoy.

Unfortunately, Glenroy Grant (X Factor legend) is unable to join us due to illness. We’re sorry to miss him and wish Glenroy a speedy recovery. ❤️

🐾 Every sniff tells a story, and this six-week Introduction to Scentwork course will teach your dog how to put their natural abilities to work in a fun, rewarding way.

Scentwork is much more than finding hidden objects. It gives dogs an exciting mental challenge, helps build confidence and encourages them to focus while working closely with their owner. It’s also a brilliant way to strengthen your bond and discover a whole new side to your dog’s personality.

No previous experience is needed, and all breeds are welcome. Whether you have an energetic youngster, a curious older dog or a four-legged friend who simply loves investigating everything, this course offers an enjoyable new activity to explore together.

With a maximum of just six dogs in each class, places are very limited.
