Welcome to the official Firebird Brewing Co. page. Brewing craft beers from around the world right here in West Sussex. We are Bill and Richard.

Brewery bar open late Thursdays- Saturdays with street food, live music & events. Visit our website or socials for more info. We are qualified Master Brewers and we came together to create Firebird Brewing Company. We brew outstanding examples of the best traditional beers from around the world at our Brickworks Brewery. We use modern science and years of experience to make our beers. Our brewery is much more than just a place to make beer. It’s a place to meet friends, try new beers, taste wines and cheeses, tour the brewery, learn a skill, even brew some beer yourself. We’re easy to find and we love visitors! We have an onsite Shop where you can buy all our carfted beer, wine and Silent Pool Gin. We have bar which you only have to ask and we will poor you a pint and if your feeling peckish you can order food through us from the outstanding Milk Churn Cafe (Famous for its Sussex Charmer Cheese on Toast) while sitting on a mezzanine bar where you can watch the beer being made! We love our beers and we hope you do too.

🍊 ZESTY IS THE BESTY! 🍊

Our September B**r of the Month has been chosen by Bar Manager Sam🍺

Zesty is our latest limited edition. A 5% three-hop pale packed with juicy tangerine, passion fruit, peach & pineapple, with a big tropical and citrusy aroma. 🍑🍍

Brewed with Harlequin, Mandarina Bavaria & Elixir hops, it’s full-bodied, fruity and seriously refreshing.

And yes… it’s GF & VG too! 🌱

So, in Sam’s words: “Zesty is the besty.” We’ll drink to that. 🍻

Hosted by Doug and John, expect 8 rounds of 8 questions with picture rounds, and a great mix of topics including music, sport, film & TV and more, plus music rounds throughout the evening. Gather your team (up to 6 people) and put your knowledge to the test! Tickets are £5 per person and are available on our website now. The event runs 7pm–9pm. Bar open 6- 9:30pm.

🇩🇪10th Oct. Oktoberfest! 🍻 We’re super excited to host our first Oktoberfest at the brewery! Expect Bratwursts and great vibes. Save the date, more info to come! 👀 This event will be ticket only.

Bank Holiday weekend is calling! 🍻☀️ And we’ve got a lot going on at Firebird…

🔥 Thursday: BYOV Night. bring your own vinyl, or settle in with a drink and enjoy the evening! (Over 18s)

🥩 Friday: Kai & Braai- proper tasty steak dishes (plus a veggie option too).

🍛 Saturday: Chak De India- our friends from local Horsham restaurant are joining us with authentic, flavour packed curries (with veggie option available). Plus, live acoustic music from local musician Tim Newman 🎶

🌿 Sunday & Monday: The bar & shop are open 11am- 5pm- perfect for a Bank Holiday pint, a wander around the brewery shop or a relaxed afternoon with us.

And there’s plenty to choose from on the bar: 10 Firebird b**rs, local spirits, a great w**e selection, local c***r, soft drinks, new mocktails and 0% options- there’s something for everyone! 🍺🍷🍹

🍺Whether you’re a Firebird regular or you’ve never visited us before, here’s your little guide to the brewery bar & shop.

What’s on, when to visit, what to eat, what to drink & more… 👇

🍺Overlooking our working brewery, our mezzanine bar is a great place to eat, drink, and catch up with friends.

Open 7 days a week, with extended opening hours at the weekends, where we have street food, live music and events.

🍺We work with many fantastic street food vendors and musicians to bring you a varied and exciting line up each week.

We also work with local, talented businesses and artists to bring you event nights each Thursday.

So if you’re after comfort food or big flavours, there’s always something tasty cooking up at the brewery.

Food lineup varies and can occasionally change, so keep an eye on our socials for what’s coming up each weekend!

Every Saturday you’ll find live music happening at the brewery. We work with a variety of experienced and upcoming talented musicians, from solo acoustic and duos, to country, jazz bands, and even DJ sets.

🍺Get the dates in your diary for a series of events!

Bring your own vinyl night runs 6- 9pm, usually twice a month on the first and third Thursday of the month. No tickets needed, just turn up. No vinyl? No problem. Simply turn up to enjoy a drink and soak up the atmosphere.

On the second Thursday of the month we typically have ticketed events such as comedy night, wreath making, w**e tastings, painting classes and more. Tickets can be purchased in advance, via our website.

On the last Thursday of every month, we host our popular quiz nights! 8 rounds of 8 questions with picture rounds. We also mix it up with ‘Quingo’ - a quiz/bingo mix. Tickets for these sell out quickly, so secure your space early to avoid disappointment.

🍺What drinks are available at the bar?

Well, we are a brewery... so there's always a fab line up of craft b**rs on the taps.

We keep a few brewery favourites on all year round, such as Heritage Sussex Best, Bohemia L***r and Work Ethic IPA (and more). As well as this, we release limited editions and seasonal favourites throughout the year.

Alongside our b**rs, we work with local producers to stock fantastic local spirits, c***r, a great selection of w**e, and soft drinks/0% options.

Yep, we can do that too!

Our brewery shop is stocked with cans, bottles, gift packs, and merchandise. You can also browse a great selection of w**es and local spirits. So you can grab your favourites before you head home.
