The Chalk Hare is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Royston - A pub restaurant complete with 9 boutique style bedrooms and a tree lined garden and patio area. It boasts a beautiful garden room, terraced area with lawns and a Private Dining room seating 12 -14 people. There’s an inviting bar, stocked with a range of 12 or so craft beers and lagers on tap, alongside 5 cask ales, a wine list paired to complement the food menu and a cocktail list calling on some of the 200 plus spirits that adorn the back bar. The bar area is welcoming to dogs and their owners, whilst other areas have a more restaurant feel, with plenty of places to either soak up the atmosphere or have a quiet moment. Our 9 bedrooms are individually styled to reflect the building’s historic character while providing thoughtful contemporary comforts for a truly relaxing stay.
