We’re excited to introduce our chef, Graciano Freitas, or as we all know him, Ano!

Originally from Timor-Leste, Asia, Ano is 34 years old and brings over 10 years of chef experience to The Lounge. Cooking isn’t just his job—it’s his passion. He loves creating great food, and we can’t wait for him to design some amazing specials for our customers to enjoy.

Anyone who knows Ano will tell you he’s a man of few words, but don’t let his quiet nature fool you! He’s incredibly hardworking, lightning fast in the kitchen, and wow, can he clean! His standards are second to none, and he takes great pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and spotless.

We absolutely love having Ano as part of The Lounge family. His dedication, work ethic, and passion for food make him a huge asset to our team, and we’re excited for you all to experience his cooking.
