Rich is the sweetest, most down to earth man you will ever meet. He truly loves what he does and is always eager to learn new things in the kitchen.
His go to meal is the steak frites- he really loves a great steak! 🥩
Outside of work, Rich is all about simple pleasures. You’ll usually find him catching up with friends or heading outdoors to soak up the fresh air and nature🫶🏻

Properly seasonal, properly hearty, and exactly what we fancy as the nights draw in.

Meet the team: Jamie our head chef💗

Jamie is a massive foodie who truly loves what he does, and you can taste that passion in every dish he creates. He really is the heart of our kitchen!🫶🏻 If you were to ask Jamie what to order it would definitely be the Venison sausages - his favourite!
But what we love most about Jamie is that despite the heat and hard work, he always saves his best energy for when he steps away from the kitchen to simply be a dad and spend quality time with his kids🩷

With summer behind us, darker evenings setting in, and the festive season slowly creeping closer, we thought it was time to start talking Christmas…

From 23rd November to 23rd December, Christmas is coming to The Mill, with a special festive menu designed for gathering, celebrating and enjoying a proper Christmas meal with the people who matter.

Expect seasonal starters including Roast Bromham Squash, Prawn & Crab Cocktail, Wiltshire Venison Carpaccioand House Smoked Mackerel Parfait.

Then it’s onto the main event, with festive favourites such as Stuffed Norfolk Turkey with Pigs in Blankets, Duck, Pork Belly, Trout en Croute and a delicious Salt Baked Celeriac option.

And naturally, no Christmas feast would be complete without mince pies, tea & coffee to finish. 🎄

• Available for parties of 6 or more�• Pre-order required�• The Christmas menu is a set menu for the whole party, so everyone in the group will need to choose from the festive menu. Unfortunately, we can’t mix and match with our main menu.�• We’ll still have a selection of festive specials on the main menu throughout the season.

After a short break over the summer, we’re delighted to announce that the monthly pub quiz will be returning Thursday 1st October!! 🥳

Join us as usual at 7:30 PM sharp for our usual fun packed evening. We’ll be having some great food, bar snacks available to enjoy on the evening.
