🍻 MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MERCHANT’S BARREL 🍻

You’ve seen the bar, enjoyed the drinks, met the team and hopefully had some great nights with us… but we thought it was time you met the people behind it all. ❤️

Hi, I’m Lisa Rollins 👋

The Merchant’s Barrel is something that means a lot to me, and there’s been a huge amount of work, time and love put into creating what you see today.

But I definitely haven’t done it alone!

My husband Anthony Rollins has been a massive part of the journey. ❤️

Anthony was behind the renovations and interior, helping turn the space into the bar we have today. He was also the person behind creating the name “The Merchant’s Barrel” — which we’re now so proud to see above the door. 🍻

There’s been plenty of hard work, late nights, ideas and decisions along the way. But seeing people come through the doors, enjoy themselves and make The Merchant’s Barrel their place makes every bit of it worthwhile.

We wanted to create somewhere that feels welcoming, friendly and full of character — somewhere for locals, visitors, old friends and new friends.

So now you know a little more about who’s behind The Merchant’s Barrel. ❤️
