Today, we’re introducing one of the faces behind The Merchant’s Barrel — Lisa Rollins! 🥂✨

At 46, Lisa has been married to Anthony for 18 years, and together they have their son, Thomas. ❤️ Family is a huge part of Lisa’s life, and when she gets a little time to herself, she enjoys catching up with friends, a spot of shopping 🛍️ and keeping fit! 💪

But when it comes to The Merchant’s Barrel, Lisa is much more than just a familiar face!

As the person managing the day-to-day running of the bar, there’s plenty going on behind the scenes. From organising staff rotas and ordering stock to booking our live entertainment, Lisa helps keep everything running smoothly. 📋🍷

And if you think she spends all her time behind the scenes, think again! You’ll often find Lisa rolling up her sleeves and getting behind the bar herself, serving customers and helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere we want everyone to enjoy. 🥂

Running an independent bar takes a lot of time, dedication and hard work, and Lisa is proud to play her part in building something special for the local community. 🖤

🍷🖤 MEET THE OWNER – ANTHONY ROLLINS 🖤🍷

Ever wondered who’s behind The Merchant’s Barrel? Today, we’re introducing the man behind the vision — our very own Anthony Rollins! 🥂✨

At 47, Anthony has been the driving force behind the renovations and design of The Merchant’s Barrel, helping transform the space into the stylish, welcoming bar we’re so proud of today. From the ideas to the finishing touches, his hard work and vision have helped bring it all to life. 🛠️🍷

❤️ Family is everything to Anthony. Happily married to Lisa and a proud dad to their son, Thomas, he loves spending quality time with his family whenever he gets the chance.

When he’s not busy with the bar, Anthony enjoys keeping fit 💪 and one of his favourite things to do is going to the football and supporting his team Manchester City with Thomas. ⚽

The Merchant’s Barrel is a real labour of love, built with passion, plenty of hard work and a dream to create something special right here in Bacup
