New rum dram. Its a biggie and probably the most hyped series of rum bottlings ever(?) And as the name suggests this is the penultimate release, from the ECS (exceptional cask selection)
To give it the full names, the Foursquare Penultimus - Exceptional selection Mark ###, uses Spanish Moscatel casks in the maturation process, its a blend of 2 Rums pot a column aged in bourbon casks for 10 years then 5 more in the Moscatel casks. Coming in at a healthy 57% with no additives, sugar, colour or anything than the sweet liquid its self. This is a big bold bottle of booze designed for sipping. We also have a tiny bit of the Convocation release too. Try them both for £15.
