W**e 🍷 & Cheese 🧀 tasting at the Guild Ale House

🧀🍷 CHEESE & W**E TASTING EVENING 🍷🧀

On Thursday 26th November, we’ll be hosting a very special Cheese & W**e Tasting Evening! ✨

Now, we’ll be honest… we know very little about w**e and cheese pairings, which is exactly why we’ve brought in an expert! 😉

We’re SO excited to welcome the amazing Will from W**edown Preston , who will be guiding us through the evening, sharing his w**e knowledge and showing us how to pair the perfect w**e with the perfect cheese. 🧀🍷

Expect great w**e, delicious cheese and a fun evening learning something new (and hopefully sounding like w**e connoisseurs by the end! 😉)

Places will be very limited so if you are interested drop us a message or ask behind the bar .

There's been some spooky tomfoolery going on today 👻

🍁 Good morning, so we've decided to start the Canadian TTO today .

We've got our hands on some cracking b**rs , so make sure you pop in from 12 onwards from today & across the weekend 🇨🇦

JUTSU - Hazy with restrained bitterness, juicy yeast-derived aromatics, and a dry body, Jutsu is a refreshing and super drinkable hoppy b**r with notes of cantaloupe and nectarine.

A STOUT WITH COFFEE - it's rich and full-bodied. This brew was made using Sam James' Idido beans from Ethiopia, lending notes of rhubarb, cotton candy and jasmine.

SKY GOD - NE pale with notes of white grape, passion fruit, ripe citrus, gooseberry, tropical fruit smoothie, and bright orange zest with a pillowy, smooth mouthfeel.

JELLY KING - Dry hopped sour . Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit.

MOREALITÉ - American pale . Dry, aromatic, and slightly resinous finish with tropical fruit notes and a sharp hop bitterness.

FENÉTRE SUR LES TROPIQUES -hazy pale, cloudy, light, and aromatic with notes of apricot and lime zest with a crisp, dry finish.

A brand new nano-brewery brewing small-batch, hop-forward b**r just down the road in Preston.
