👑 ATTENTION EVERYONE… Ed Cheetham WANTS SOME ATTENTION! 🤣👏

A huge congratulations to ED, who after weeks of trying, finally managed to string together 7 consecutive wins on Sunday 👏🎱

Just one short of Chris Blackburn's record of 8… but judging by the celebrations, you'd think he'd won the World Championship! 😂

🏆 CHRIS – 8 WINS
🥈 ED – 7 WINS

Apparently, winning 7 games of pool and collecting his 5th free pint of the week wasn't enough for Ed… he's now been chasing me for an official congratulatory Facebook post! 🙄😂
So here it is, Ed. Your moment of glory. Savour it. 🤣

Ed has also specifically requested that we refer to him as "the nicest guy in the pub" …🤷🏻‍♀️🤣We've checked with the regulars… and the votes for this are still open👀😅

Anyway, well done Ed! 👏 We're sure we'll be hearing about those 7 wins for the foreseeable future… whether we want to or not! 🤣🍺

Now, can someone PLEASE get 9 wins on Sunday and take the crown? Chris has set the bar, and Ed's getting a little too comfortable in the spotlight! 🎱👑😂

After the absolutely incredible response we had the past 2 years, I'm running it again! From TODAY, we will be running our annual 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 🥫
We will be collecting non-perishable food items and toiletries/cleaning products for Penwortham food Bank 🫶
Each month, the food bank spends a considerable amount of money to keep supplies topped up, so we want to help, keep supply's topped up during their busiest month of the year.

Although most of us look forward to December alot of people dread it, it's a tough month for alot of people and many will rely on the food bank for support, so let's help if we can ❤️

There will be a drop-off point at the pub from today, until 26th November. I can collect from you, if you will struggle to get to the pub, just get in touch ❤️

We hope people can buy an extra item while out shopping this month 🙏
🫶Tinned products
🫶Packet food
🫶Crisps/snacks
🫶Toiletries
🫶Maybe a selection box for a Christmas treat.

Any contribution at all would be greatly received by those in need ❤️

Thank you in advance 🥰
