🌊 WE’RE HIRING 🌊

The Castle Hotel are looking to hire a Bar Supervisor on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time role. Experience in bar work preferred however experience in supervising/management is not as all training will be given on the job.

Job Role;
🍺 Managing the running of the bar
🍸 Controlling stock & ordering
🍷 Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar
🍾 Maintaining the upkeep of our cellar
🥃 Lockups & cashing up
🍹 Ensuring there’s always a high level of customer service being delivered

Ideal Candidate;
⭐️ Someone reliable with a good, consistent work ethic
⭐️ Someone who genuinely enjoys bar work
⭐️ Someone with a sound knowledge of drinks who is also always willing to learn more
⭐️ Someone who enjoys guiding and working with people
⭐️ Someone with a good balance of friendliness and professionalism
⭐️ Someone trustworthy with a strong moral compass
