asked to erect a wee Fettes building to use as a gym, concrete pad installed a couple of weeks before the kit arrived with electrical feed from the house. All up and working with thanks also to Toby - TobyMaclean construction for his help and assistance

Another kitchen build, smaller but well planned

the bedroom ceiling did what so many do of a certain age, it had started to come down and parts of two walls were also blown. Take away all the old ceiling and walls, made safe electrics, re board, with insulation on the outside walls, and plaster for customer to paint

Just a wee fence but its mad a difference to the customer

I didn't take pictures at the start which was a mistake but this is nearly done through to completed, thanks to Alastair Maclean for his help as always.

Existing extension which didn't have any insulation built into it, which made it a cold room at all times. We stripped out the plasterboard from the outside walls, installed a timber frame and insulated with 70mm, re made the area around the window sill and re boarded ready for the customers own decorator.

customer asked for a bay window for their lounge, and as its my wife I couldn't say no

I was asked to make an insulated timber frame inner workshop inside this large block building, approx 8m x 4m, so half the total 8x8m area. and thanks to Alastair Maclean as always for his help
