🎶 We’re gonna roll with it… straight into Sunday! 🎶

After a cracking night with The Greedy Souls and a dance floor full of Oasis favourites, we’re keeping the music going at The District! 🙌

District Sessions open mic starts TODAY at 4pm in the downstairs bar.

🎤 We’ve got the backline ready, with mics, PA, amps, cajón and keyboard — just bring your instrument, plug in and have a go. If you’re a singer, just bring yourself!

Whether it’s your first time in front of a mic or you’ve been playing for years, you’ll find a relaxed, welcoming crowd. Come along to play a few songs, join in a jam, or simply enjoy a drink and support some local talent. 🍻

No pressure. No egos. Just music.
Bum notes welcome, first-timers encouraged! ❤️

🕓 Today from 4pm — downstairs in the bar

Some might say it’s the perfect Sunday afternoon… 😉

🎸 SOME MIGHT SAY… Ponty knows how to have it! 😎

Last night the rain hammered Pontypridd, the roof leaked, and The Greedy Souls had The District absolutely BOUNCING! 🙌

We had a Ch*****ne Supernova in the buckets and a room full of Rock ’n’ Roll Stars on Pencerrig Street. Who needs a stadium when Ponty sings like that? 🍻🎶

Huge thanks to The Greedy Souls and everyone who braved the weather and gave it everything. A bit of rain was never going to stop this lot.

Don’t Look Back in Anger… unless you’re the roofer. 😂🪣

Some night, Ponty. Biblical. As you were. 🎸
