STATEMENT FROM BOXD 😡😤

We appreciate all reviews and constructive criticism at Boxd, but what we will not tolerate are false and defamatory accusations.

Today, both owners of Boxd were branded “racist” in a fake review after one of the co-owners commented from a personal Facebook account on another page. The comment had absolutely nothing to do with racism, but instead related to concerns about someone viewing pictures of children.

Building a business reputation takes years of hard work, dedication, and support from our community. False reviews left under fake names with serious accusations are unacceptable and damaging.

For the record: we are not racist and never will be. Anyone who truly knows us knows that this claim is completely false.

If anyone knows the “Dylan Willis” who left this review, please let them know we will not stand for defamation of character. If he would like to apologise and remove the false statement, our shop address is:

Please don’t think we’re being stingy with the fries — we never are! Unfortunately our supplier currently has no 7” boxes available, so for now we’re having to use 9” boxes instead.
