Whilst many of you know us for our luxury mobile bar, we’ve been working behind the scenes to expand what we offer, helping couples enjoy a truly stress-free wedding day.

✨ Wedding Day Coordination is now available! ✨

Your wedding day should be filled with love, laughter and unforgettable memories, not checking the time, answering supplier calls or worrying whether everything is running to plan.

From creating detailed timelines and liaising with suppliers before your wedding, to overseeing set-up, managing the running order and quietly handling those unexpected little hiccups, we’ll be there behind the scenes making sure everything comes together exactly as you’ve imagined.

🤍 The best part?

You don’t need to book our mobile bar to book our coordination service.

Whether you’re getting married in a hotel, marquee, barn, village hall, or your venue already has its own bar, we’d love to help make your day as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

🥂 Hosted Drinks Packages – Treat your guests to arrival drinks or a set number of drinks before the bar transitions to a fully stocked cash & card service.

💳 Bar Tabs – Set your budget while your guests choose exactly what they'd like to drink.

🍸 Cash & Card Bar – Our most requested option, offering a full range of draught beers, cocktails, spirits, wines, mocktails and soft drinks.

✨ NEW – Wedding Day Coordination
We're excited to now offer Wedding Day Coordination alongside our bar service. From liaising with suppliers and keeping everything on schedule to helping with room turnarounds and those little behind-the-scenes jobs, we'll be there to help your day flow as smoothly as possible, leaving you free to enjoy every moment.

Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs, Daniel & Johanna! 🥂💚

What a fantastic day celebrating your wedding with you both, and such a beautiful venue. Thank you for choosing La Roma to be part of such a special occasion.

When Daniel told us his guests were “big drinkers”... he definitely wasn’t exaggerating! 🍻🍹 You certainly kept our team on our toes from start to finish.

Unfortunately, we were so busy serving all day and night that we hardly managed to take any photos—but that’s always a sign of a great party!

After a couple of incredibly busy weeks, we’re now taking a well-earned rest before getting ready to do it all again.

Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter and happiness together. Thank you for letting us be part of your perfect day. 🤍

A huge thank you to Dale from The Hogs Head, Llantilio Crossenny!

On Saturday, we ran into an unexpected issue with the gas supply that powers our draught system. As any event supplier knows, these things can happen at the worst possible moment!

Without hesitation, Dale came to our rescue and kindly loaned us a gas bottle, allowing us to keep our draught beers and cider flowing and continue serving our customers without interruption.

The hospitality industry is built on community, and it's amazing to have fellow business owners who are willing to help each other out when needed. We can't thank you enough for your kindness and support, Dale.

If you're ever in the area, be sure to pay a visit to The Hogs Head – a fantastic local pub run by genuinely good people.

We’ve been a little quieter than usual over the last few days, because we've been busy behind the scenes preparing for a very special event tomorrow... 🎉

Tomorrow we're celebrating Rowan's 50th Birthday, and we've been making sure every detail is just right. From stock runs and drink preparation to organising equipment, chilling drinks and making sure every last detail is in place, there's been plenty happening behind the scenes at La Roma.

Whilst event day is always the part everyone sees, it's the preparation beforehand that makes everything run smoothly. We take huge pride in delivering a professional service and creating a great experience for every guest.

We're looking forward to bringing the bar, serving some fantastic drinks and helping Rowan, her family and friends celebrate in style. 🍻

🖤 Wow... where do we start?

We have been completely overwhelmed by the interest in our upcoming Flower & Fizz event on Saturday 8th August. Thank you so much to everyone who has liked, shared, commented, messaged and reserved their spaces already.

We're incredibly excited to be part of the Torfaen Food Trail and even more excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Botanic Possessions . Bringing together beautiful florals and delicious cocktails feels like the perfect match, and we honestly couldn't think of a better team to create this experience with.

This really is shaping up to be a dream collaboration and we can't wait to welcome you for an evening of creativity, cocktails, laughter and making memories. 🌸🍸

✨ Update: We now 1 space remaining on our 4pm–6pm session and 2 spaces remaining on our 6pm–8pm session.
