We’re seeking an experienced Chef to join our friendly team, producing delicious, home-cooked traditional food in our busy pub.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Preparing and cooking high-quality food
✅ Working across our kitchen stations – Grill, Fryers, Ovens, Pass, Desserts & Pizzas
✅ Opening and closing the kitchen
✅ Creating and implementing daily specials
✅ Maintaining food hygiene records and standards
✅ Ordering food and supplies
✅ Assisting with menu planning and stock control
✅ Working closely with our Food & Beverage Directors
✅ Ensuring exceptional presentation and quality at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous cooking and kitchen experience
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
✔ Flexible and reliable attitude
✔ Driving licence preferred due to location
✔ Minimum 1 year chef experience preferred
