Adobe Carmenere - a rich, full-bodied organic red from Chile. Think… velvety tannins, notes of dark cherry and plum, and a hint of subtle spices - super versatile, super food friendly. Would be great with a proper home made rich spag bol topped with aged Parmesan!

What tastes better than fish, chips and a glass of fizz?

And before you judge us for being too fancy, scientifically with it’s dry, high acidity, and vibrant bubbles, the fizz cuts perfectly through the fat and richness of the fish batter with ease… refreshing the palate with each sip some may say!!

We’re so excited to be the first wine bar to stock their 2024 Fumé on our KeyKeg - Bacchus, but not as you know it. Think… extended skin contact, careful oak ageing, and a bold winemaking approach to create something bright, complex, and full of energy!
It pairs perfectly with all the best things from Cornwall - fresh seafood, and soft, washed rind cheeses.
