The perfect seaside wine - can confirm, it does exist. And it’s on by the glass at Bin Two now, pop in to taste it before it’s gone ☀️

Mouton Noir Muscadet - dry, crisp and fresh, with a chalky minerality and maritime salinity, and aromas of lemon, green apple and pear. Organic and biodynamic, the name “Mouton Noir” (Black Sheep) reflects the producer being an early pioneer of this kind of wine production in the Muscadet region!

Perfect with seafood, oysters, and all the best things you’ll find in Padstow - also tastes even better with a light salty breeze and the faint smell of seaweed in the air! 🌊

One glass of wine leads to two bottles, and suddenly you’re eating truffle crisps and olives for dinner 🫒🥂

A deliciously bright South African Chenin from heritage vineyards, with pear, jasmine, honey and apple notes. Full bodied but fresh with a mineral twist and a smooth pastry backbone. One to savour and remember - perfect for a 95% eclipse of the heart.
