If we're choosing our go-to three course lunch, this is the one. 👀

🥂To start: Chicken Liver & Fig Parfait - served with a cherry amaretto compote and toasted focaccia.

🥘For the main: Cumberland Sausages - served with a buttery chive mash, crispy onion rings, fresh green beans and a deliciously rich gravy.

🍫And to finish: Home-Baked Chocolate Brownie with bourbon vanilla ice cream.

Honestly... we've thought about this one very carefully.😂

Our Beef Sirloin Roast — perfectly pink, beautifully tender and served with all the roast dinner essentials. Crispy Yorkshire, roasted veg and UNLIMITED GRAVY… because there’s no such thing as too much gravy. 🤤
