Make way for the Indian Royalty “ Butter Chicken “ on our forthrightly Thali Night happening today 15th October from 5.30 pm.

As the legend goes Butter Chicken was invented as a way to use up leftover tandoori chicken. To keep the dry chicken pieces moist, the chefs tossed them into a rich, creamy gravy made of tomatoes, butter, cream, and spices.

Ownership of the recipe's exact invention is famously contested between the descendants of 2 restaurant families.
