This week we're introducing Luke, our Chef! 👨‍🍳🔥 Philly’s Wood Fired Pizza
Luke joined the team in December 2025 and has been keeping the kitchen firing ever since! 🍕🍽️
Here's a little more about him:
🎯 Outside of work: Luke likes to play darts… and apparently he's “kinda good” at it! 👀😂
🍺 Favourite Ossett/SALT B**r: Hell Rat 🐀🍻
🍕 Favourite Dish: BBQ Chicken Pizza — a solid choice!
🎯 Fun Fact: Luke joined a darts team in Ossett last year, went on to win the darts league, and this season he's coming back as captain! 🏆🎯
So if you see Luke behind the bar or in the kitchen, don't challenge him to a game of darts unless you're prepared to lose! 😂🎯
