Well, that sucked.

Two power cuts on a Sunday is, perhaps, sub-optimal. But I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff, who dealt with the situation with aplomb, and you, our sterling clientele, who were models of reasonabless and grace. I do hope those of you we couldn't serve had a lovely meal elsewhere.

Any road up, the power company inform.me it will be back on soon, we're closed for today, but will be back open tomorrow. I'm going to go and have a pint or several and try to forget that today ever happened.

Morning! Your tenner today, gone a bit lighter what with the heat and all. Gazebos up in the garden, plenty of shade, cold drinks, absolutely no murderous replicants, reasonably priced . Just makes sense, doesn't it?

Grilling from 2 til the finish tomorrow and Bank Holiday Monday, with the added bonus of music from Marc Winstanley tomorrow from 4.00. Might as well, eh? Looks nice out.
