We feel so lucky to be part of such an inspiring community at JIGSAW, with so many amazing supporters connecting with and championing our charity and what a summer it has been!

The list of amazing people who have championed our charity over the summer is a big one, so here’s my list of thanks!

Oldbury Cream Tea Event - Their team raised a whopping amount, which was shared between a few charities, and they donated £1,300 to JIGSAW. We are so grateful for their support.

Oldbury Duck Race - This event was about so much more than just fundraising. It was a fantastic day of connection and fun, with many of our volunteers, both young people and adults, working hard to run the human fruit machine alongside Rotary in Thornbury. Overall the event raised a whopping £3080.50 with £1211 of that being donated to JIGSAW!

A huge thank you goes to the team at The Anchor Inn in Oldbury for hosting and organising the event, and to all the volunteers who helped make the day so special.

Thrive in 30 Superstars! - We have had some great wellbeing activities happening this summer, with people taking on unique Thrive in 30 challenges.
Heather completed her Active 30, taking on different exercise challenges in the run-up to her 70th birthday, and raised £200.

Jack has been running 5K park runs and will complete his mission of running six of them, totalling 30K, this weekend with some of our JIGSAW members and team cheering him across the finish line.

Our Creative Wellbeing Group have also been collecting inspiring colourful images throughout the summer. They are now working hard to create something spectacular to share with everyone soon!

🦆💙 WHAT A DUCK-TASTIC DAY! 💛🦆

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Duck Race raised an incredible £3,080.50! 🎉👏

This year, we are proud to be supporting Jigsaw and Oldbury-on-Severn Primary School. 💙💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along, bought a duck, joined in the fun, enjoyed the live music, food and entertainment, and helped make the day such a fantastic success. 🥰

We couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from our local community, volunteers, businesses and everyone who helped make the event happen.
