Weve got a couple of special events at the end of the month.

We will be hosting a celebrate Somerset event on Friday 26th June. We will have awesome sours, ciders and stouts from breweries you will know and love.

Then on Saturday 27th June our friends will be joining us to showcase their low calorie beers. There will be fun and games and also a chance to meet the brewers for a chat.

Canada, Mexico and U.S.A are the hosts and the first opening ceremony is at 6.30 pm which will be followed by the opening game Mexico vs South Africa at 8 pm.

There will be plenty of live action over the weekend for you to enjoy too.

Love Thornbury have put on an amazing an amazing event with the help of Sandra at The Swan Thornbury, its been great to see so many people braving the weather and having a good dance on the high street.

We want that to continue, so our friends Ride The Edge have offered to play for you all at 7 pm outside the hook.

Tell your friends and bring them along, support every pub amd the people who have put so much into this event!

The inter-pub cocktail competition is still running until the end of the day, 6 pubs and 6 great cocktails, you choose your favourite.

The Hook Burgers & Co will be serving banging artisan burgers and loaded boxes until 9 pm.

🍻 WEEKEND LINE UP 🍻

We have an action packed weekend heading your way!

On Friday at 7.30 pm performs live acoustic classics.

On Saturday Love Thornbury will be hosting a Pride event with lots of stalls and entertainment on the high street.

We will be taking part in the inter-pub cocktail trail. 6 pubs and 6 cocktails, all you have to do is visit each location and choose which cocktail is the best.

There will also be live football action throughout the weekend as the lionesses are involved in their world qualifier against Spain & England's men take on New Zealand in their World Cup warm up match.

The Hook Burgers & Co will be serving up artisan burgers and loaded boxes 4 pm until 9 pm on both Thursday and Friday and 12 pm until 10 pm on Saturday.

CHARITY STREET QUIZ - THE BUTCHER'S HOOK AND THE SWAN!

Afternoon folks,

Just a reminder that our charity street quiz with The Swan Thornbury is due to start at 4pm this afternoon.

We are raising money for Teckles animal welfare sanctuaries. The entry fee per player is £1 although donations are welcome and your team can have up to 6 players.

Today is the last day of our 5th birthday weekender and we are still running our 20% off all drinks deal until closing time tonight.

Prizes are to be won for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, so if you like a quiz and want to be involved in the action whilst raising money for a good cause then come to the high street this afternoon. 😊 🍻
