He spends his time making sure the play area is running to his very high standards, enjoying a good game of hide and seek, tag and, of course… THE FLOOR IS LAVA! 🌋😂
Just remember, if you’re entering his play area, you need to treat it with respect and follow the CEO’s rules! 😜

😍 MEET OUR AMAZING ASSISTANT MANAGER! 🌟
We wanted to take a moment to introduce one of the amazing people who helps make the Badger Box what it is! ❤️
Alongside holding down a full-time job, she’s also an amazing mum to her 4-year-old little boy 👩‍👦 and is currently halfway through her Level 4 Management Apprenticeship — talk about keeping busy!
She delivers amazing customer service, knows virtually every regular by name, knows their favourite drinks and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets exactly what they need — all while doing it with a smile! 😊🍻
She’s also a fantastic support to her team, helping to deliver great standards while making sure her colleagues feel cared for, supported and valued. Her passion for the Badger Box shines through in everything she does. ❤️❤️
Outside of work, she enjoys getting her nails done 💅, a bit of TikTok shopping 🛍️ and is currently learning to drive 🚗.
An amazing person, a fantastic mum, a dedicated team member and a huge asset to our pub.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her! ❤️
Although… please forgive her for being from Sheffield… you can’t have it all! 😂❤️💯

Today we want to introduce you to the amazing lady behind the scenes keeping our kitchen running like a dream… our wonderful Kitchen Manager! 👩‍🍳❤️

When she’s not making sure the kitchen is on top form, you’ll usually find her enjoying a nice glass of rosé wine 🍷, watching the darts 🎯, or cheering on the 100 cricket at Trent Bridge 🏏!

Since joining us, she has done an absolutely incredible job in the kitchen. She has worked so hard to bring it back to its full potential, putting so much care, pride and dedication into everything she does.

Her hard work never goes unnoticed — and neither does the amazing food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She never fails to deliver a 5-star standard, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved.

Behind every great kitchen is someone who cares, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as ours. ❤️
