⚽ The 2026 World Cup is almost here, and because the matches are across the pond, we’re staying open late at Saltbox to make sure you don't miss a single second. Join us for the late-night kick-offs and a proper matchday atmosphere right in the heart of Nottingham.

🍻 The first round is on us! To help those late-night goals go down smoothly, we are giving a round of free drinks to every group that reserves a table in advance.

🗓️ On SATURDAY 2nd May, over 2 energy packed sets (1 each 😉), Live Bands ‘BRITPOP UNITED’ and ‘ALL4INDIE’ will take you on nostalgic journey; re-living The Greatest Hits of Britpop & Madchester + Indie & Alternative.

After a string of sold-out parties last year, the UK’s biggest indie party is coming back to Saltbox, Nottingham for another unforgettable Afternoon of Indie 🎸

Old School Indie once again joins forces with Feeling Gloomy and Age Against The Machine to bring you a 3pm–7pm daytime indie party. Think all the anthems, none of the late night🤩

🎧Feeling Gloomy & Old School Indie DJs will be playing a huge mix of indie classics from across the decades. Whether you were a 70s punk, 80s new waver, 90s britpopper or an early-00s indie poser, there’ll be something for everyone🔥

Expect wall-to-wall classics from the likes of Bowie, Pulp, The Clash, The Cure, Blur, Arctic Monkeys, Joy Division, The Smiths, Oasis, The Stone Roses, Pixies, Nirvana, Blondie, The Jam, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, Radiohead, Suede, New Order and loads more — plus a splash of rock ’n’ roll, soul, northern soul and ska.

The party wraps up at 7pm, leaving you free to grab another drink, head into town, or get home for Saturday night TV and a takeaway.

Happy to announce that will be coming to Saltbox on Saturday 25th April!

Andy McKee is one of the world’s finest acoustic guitarists and it’s evident from the accolades he’s received throughout his career. It’s his youthful energy, attention to song structure and melodic content that elevates him above the rest. After nearly a decade without releasing new studio recordings, McKee returns with his six-track EP, Symbol, out Friday, September 17 on Mythmaker Records in conjunction with Cruzen Street Records.
