Tom Browns Brasserie is one of the finest restaurants in Nottinghamshire, set in a converted Victorian School House beside the leafy banks of the River Trent. The restaurants' name comes from a 19th century novel written by Thomas Hughes. The story is set in a Victorian school and is based upon the public school days of a boy called Tom Brown. In 2013, for the sixth consecutive year, Tom Browns can proudly announce the independent recognition of the exceptional standard of two AA Rosettes.
