WE’RE HIRING: CHEF 👨🍳🔥
Dodgin’s Yard is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our busy kitchen on the Fish Quay.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes great food, and can inspire a team to consistently deliver exceptional dishes.
The Role:
🔹 Managing and developing the kitchen team
🔹 Creating and managing staff rotas
🔹 Ordering and controlling kitchen stock
🔹 Maintaining food quality and consistency
🔹 Ensuring food safety and kitchen compliance
🔹 Working closely with management to drive the business forward
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ Passionate, knowledgeable and driven
✔ Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
✔ Experience working with seafood is essential
