We’re not perfect. Far from it.

Sometimes we get things wrong. Sometimes we run out of your favourite beer. Sometimes we’re rushed off our feet. Sometimes there’s a lightbulb that’s needed changing for about three weeks. 😬

We’re an independent business.

There’s no head office. No customer service department. No big company behind us. It’s a small team of actual people trying to run a little bar on Newton High Street and hopefully make it somewhere you enjoy spending your time and trying to make a difference.

When you say somert nice, we appreciate it.

When you recommend us to a mate, it matters.

When you choose to spend £20 at our bar instead of somewhere owned by a huge company, we genuinely appreciate it.

And when we get something wrong, tell us. We might not always get everything spot on, but we’ll always try to put it right.

Independent businesses aren’t faceless.

Behind every pint, every order, every daft social media post and every decision is someone who genuinely gives a s**t about the place.

We’re incredibly proud of our little bar.

Perfect? Absolutely not.
