Two of the lads enjoyed their trip to Malaga, we were very lucky with the weather and were able to spend time on the beach and in the sea. There was so much to see and do, and eat! 🍕🍝🍔🏖✈️☀️

What did we get up to last week? Solar eclipse watching, sea swims, seeing the sights, swans, Shetland ponies and silly glasses! Phew!

Here are some of the lovely meals our residents have been preparing recently. We try to promote cooking skills and healthy eating, if we can reduce sugar, unhealthy fats and highly processed ingredients, its better for the body as well as the mind. 💪💚😋
