Renowned for great views across the quay, a wide selection of local ales and an extensive food offering. Traditional pub situated alongside the old quay at Little London, Newport. Opening hours:

From Monday 17th May the pub will be open fully (inside and outside seating). For the time being, until legislation changes, we will still have a few restrictions in place;

We will only be accepting tables of a maximum of 6 people. Face coverings must be worn on the premises at all times unless seated. We will be taking for bookings for inside only seating, please call 01983 525828
Sunday - Thursday 10.30am - 10.00pm (kitchen closing at 8.30pm)
Friday & Saturday 10.30am - 10.30pm (kitchen closing at 9.00pm)

🚨 IMPORTANT ACCESS REMINDER 🚨

From 28th September, cars will not be able to access or leave the Bargeman's Rest via Little London from Sea Street, due to essential bridge repairs.

🚶 Pedestrians: You can still access the Bargeman's as normal

🚗 By car: You can reach us by following the green route from Hurstake Road

Please be aware that our car park has limited spaces, so we recommend using the nearby pay & display car parks where possible.

The Bargeman's Rest will remain open as normal throughout the works.

Who's feeling confident about their quizzing skills? 👀🧠

We're back on 30th September for another cracking night of Pub Quiz fun, and after the brilliant turnouts we've had recently, we're hoping to see lots of familiar faces (and some new ones too!)

This time, we're raising money for Connect IoW, a fantastic local charity supporting adults and children with additional needs across the Isle of Wight through respite and bespoke support services. We're really pleased to be able to help raise funds for such a great cause ❤️

CUSTOMER NOTICE - Road closure - from the 28th of September, Little London will be closed from the flyover at the South end of the pub to it's junction at Sea Street for 6 months for essential bridge repairs. During this time we ask that you bear with us, we will be open and functioning as normal. Our car park is still accessible but be aware that the road will be two way. The two pay and display car parks on Sea Street are open as usual, we recommend using these are our car park is very limited, but Little London is still accessible on foot.
