Monmouth Rock Up & Run joined us at Little India Monmouth to mark the completion of their latest Couch to 5k programme.

The group celebrated their graduation with a meal together, bringing everyone together after weeks of training, progress and commitment. Couch to 5k is a brilliant way for people to build confidence, improve fitness and get into running in a supportive group environment.

It was lovely to host the group for the evening and see the social side of their running community in action.
