IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE
Keeping MK Sports Bar & Lounge Family Friendly 🎱❤️
At MK Sports Bar & Lounge, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, family-friendly venue where adults and youngsters can enjoy our facilities together.
However, we can only remain family friendly if parents and guardians take responsibility for the under-17s they bring into our venue.
We are a licensed sports bar, not a playgroup or crèche, and our staff are neither qualified nor employed to supervise, entertain or look after children.
We kindly ask all parents and guardians to respect the following rules:
- All under-17s must remain with their responsible adult at all times.
- Youngsters must not wander into other rooms or areas of the venue without their parent or guardian.
- Running, jumping, chasing each other or playing around the venue is not permitted.
- Parents and guardians must ensure youngsters behave appropriately and respect other customers, staff and equipment.
- Children must never be left for our staff to supervise.
Please remember, we are a licensed bar first and foremost. We welcome families, but we also have a responsibility to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone, including customers who are here to relax, socialise or enjoy their sport.
We do not want to introduce further restrictions on youngsters visiting our venue, but we can only continue to offer a family-friendly environment if everyone plays their part.
If youngsters are not appropriately supervised or these rules are ignored, we may have to ask the family to leave.
Being family friendly does not mean being a childcare facility.
We love seeing families enjoying MK Sports Bar & Lounge, and we want that to continue. All we ask is that parents and guardians take responsibility for the youngsters in their care.
