Members CIU Working Mens Club Become a member for just £15.05, then renew every 1st of January at £10.00. Senior Membership is just £5.00 per year.

Hall Hire is available for up to 250 people for adult and kids parties, weddings and christenings. We can also host funeral wakes with FREE hall hire for member(s) funeral wakes and charity events. We have fully equiped kitchen with in-house catering facilities available. Please call and speak with the staff for more details.

**The Buddy Holly Experience** An opportunity to celebrate the music of one of history's true pop music pioneers, Buddy Holly, which will be expertly delivered by singer-songwriter and guitarist Sunjay. Tickets are on sale in the club now priced £10.00 for members and £12.00 for guests. Availability at the door also, but the cost will be £12.00 so please get your ticket(s) in advance.

**Halloween Children's Party** The USC's Annual Children's Halloween Party takes place today at 1pm. We have the fabulous Moore Madness, a Children’s Party entertainer who will bring a brilliant 2-hour party mix of Fun, Games, Music, Dancing, Bubbles, Comedy, Competitions and Prizes! Entry is £3.50 per child (Members) and £5.00 per child (Non-Members). Please can you bring your membership card as proof please. Doors Open at 12:45pm.

**Quiz Afternoon for All** Quizmaster Barrie returns with our next Sunday Quiz on Sunday the 8th of November. Starting at 5:30pm, it's just £2 per person, with teams of up to 6 please. All a bit of fun and all are welcome. Check in will be from 5pm.

**Charity Race Night** On Friday the 13th of November why not come along to our annual Race Night which is suitable for all the family. With 8 races and a minimum stake of £1.00 per race, it's hopefully affordable as well as fun. Suitable for children and they are legally allowed to bet on the 'tote'. If you've never been before, the 'process' will be explained on the night. So come alone and cheer on your chosen horse.

The event is open to all, the entry is free, and all proceeds that we raise will go towards FACET which is based in March and provides SEN opportunities for adult students to help develop skills that encourage and support independence.

We will also have a raffle and there is the option to own a horse, with sales progressing well within the club and at FACET currently. We're also asking local companies to support with prize donations for the owners who win each race. We are hoping as many of you as possible will support this one. Jason Armstrong is our lead and can advise more on why we have chosen this charity.

**All Line Dancing Fans** As a reminder we host Line Dancing classes every Tuesday evening from 7pm. It's just £5.00 a session and members, non-members and beginners are all welcome.

**Children’s Half Term Craft Club** It's cold & damp! If you're looking for something to keep the little ones entertained then bring them along to today's Craft Club, which runs from 10am until 1pm. This is a hands-on event for children of all ages to use their minds whilst enjoying and utilising their creative skills. All children are welcome to attend, and they can join in as much as they like or just play with their friends. No tickets required, just turn-up and it's only £3.00 per child which will include snacks for the children. Come along and mix with other parents - tea and coffees etc will be available.

**Jamie Callis** Tonight, Saturday, the 24th of October, we welcome Jamie Callis to the club. A professional singer for over 25 years, performing all over the UK and Europe. With his band "Fixate" he supported world tours with major pop acts including Westlife, Ronan Keating, SClub7, Steps, Hearsay & Blue. Therefore, get ready for a night of your favourite hits, big vocals, and guaranteed good vibes. Tickets are in the club now and are priced at just £6 for Members with Non-Member tickets at £8. Availability at the door also, so pop along and enjoy a night in the club.

**Friday Night Bingo - 2027** The Friday Night Bingo sessions have again proved popular this year and will continue all the while you (our members) support it. Here are the dates which we have scheduled for 2027. In January, we chose not to run on New Year's Day and have scheduled for Saturday the 2nd. The traditional session on Easter Monday will run as normal on the 29th of March. The session in December will move to the traditional first Monday of December slot (for Christmas).
