If you were to ask us what dish we'd recommend this week...

We're saying "Pistacchiosa" 😍😍😍

To the world it might just be a nut, to us Sicilians, pistachio is our "green gold"

This dish brings together fresh tagliatelle with our super creamy, homemade pistachio pesto, and topped with pistachio granola

This dish is in fact, a pistachio lover's dream and a true representation of Sicilian food 💚💚💚

Could you work to high standards in our busy little kitchen?

We are on the hunt for a new chef as part of our incredible kitchen team

The role is Italian speaking so this would be a huge advantage for the role, and a knowledge of Sicilian/Italian food is preferable then we can hit the ground running in our busy little kitchen

If interested please send your CV to us via [email protected] with a brief cover letter

Thanks! 💚
