A TRUE SAM’S CHOP HOUSE ORIGINAL.

Some dishes are more than just food — they’re part of our history.

Our legendary Corned Beef Hash is an original Sam’s Chop House tradition, made with care over 10 days in the making. Slow-cooked beef, rich flavours, and the kind of proper, hearty cooking that has stood the test of time.

Finished with crispy bacon and a perfectly poached egg, it’s a true chop house special. Traditional, comforting, and packed with flavour — this is Manchester heritage on a plate.

At Sam’s, we believe the best food takes time, and this dish is proof that some things are worth waiting for.
