Say hello to Ged, one of our Deputy Managers! Ged has been part of the team for 2.5 years and brings plenty of experience and personality to the restaurant.

His go-to order is a medium-rare sirloin steak paired with a double Angel’s Envy, neat.

Fun fact, at just 22, Ged helped open a restaurant in New Zealand — and he still keeps in touch with the owners today!
