The Plume of Feathers on the edge of Castlemorton Common has re-opened! It has been in the same family for decades and the kids have now decided to run it themselves :-) Please support them and keep this old, unspoiled and unaltered watering hole open. Wye Valley Butty Bach is our regular plus guest ales such as Sebright Golden Ale 3.8% from The Hop Shed in Suckley. We also offer Estrella, Hobgobl

in, Stowford, San Miguel, Guinness, Hawkstone and our local cider Schralfs (made by one of the kids!).

LOCAL STALLHOLDERS AND SMALL BUSINESSES WANTED🧁🍭☀️
Are you a local maker, creator, or independent stall owner? PlumeFest 2026 is back this 21st to 23rd August, and we are looking for fantastic independent stalls to join our vibrant, inclusive festival village.
With live music, outdoor bars, a dedicated children’s play area, and a massive community turnout, the atmosphere is going to be electric all weekend long.
We are officially opening applications for gourmet treats, artisan bakes, handmade crafts, unique gifts, local produce, and eco-products. We are also looking for children’s toys and clothes, festival face painters, glitter artists, pet accessories, and local charity or community groups, alongside any other family-friendly businesses that want to be part of the weekend.
If you are interested in joining in at Plumefest or would like to find out more, please send us a direct message for booking details and pitch rates, or leave a comment below. It is an award-winning Devon-based premium amber ale. It is known for its balanced, "old school" bitter profile, featuring a rich, malty, and slightly fruity flavor with a distinct, lingering bitterness on the finish.
